Entry 1, Fall 2021: 
These are the first ceramic pieces I have ever thrown and glazed myself. The process is long and most of it seems out of my control but that's kind of what I love about it. Also, ice cream tastes better in bowls you've made yourself imho. 

All pieces below were fired in a salt kiln Fall 2020-Spring 2020

Entry 2, Spring 2021:
I see huge improvements which is encouraging, because it is sometimes hard to feel them in the moment. Ended up with some beautiful pieces I feel proud of and excited to continue this pottery journey! A few of my favorites from the second firing.

My mom bought me a wheel as a college graduation gift! Working outside on the porch of the summer kitchen on my family's little acerage.
